Our home for the weekend consists of a classic white Catskills farmhouse perched above a spring fed pond (yep, we can swim in it, and it's stocked with fish if you are a renaissance fisherwoman who travels with her tackle box), a charming guest house, and a fully refurbished 130-year-old barn featuring a huge open loft space and living quarters…plus a state-of-the art music studio, sauna (!!!!), hot tub, and outside deck perfect for finishing your latest smut er…esteemed literary novel.
Silent G Farms is located in North Branch, New York, just east of the Delaware River, about a 3 hour drive from NYC/Brooklyn.
New Yorkers can take a bus from Port Authority to Villa Roma, NY, which is about 10 minutes away from the farm and we can help arrange pick up from there.

Helen PhelanHelen has been teaching movement in NYC for 12 years and is the founder of Women's Health Magazine FitTech Award winning online pilates platform, Helen Phelan Studio. She is a dancer turned Kane School certified pilates instructor and Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. In addition to her BFA in dance performance and choreography and BA in psychology from Elon University, Helen holds additional certifications in movement injuries, prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise, fascia flossing, Intuitive Eating™, reiki, and TRX suspension training. Helen Phelan Studio classes are a blend of contemporary pilates, functional fitness, breathwork, and fascial and somatic release to help you shift your state, drop into your body, and feel more like yourself—just way stronger and bolder. Helen has been featured in The New York Times, The Cut, InStyle, Huffington Post, Coveteur, Well + Good, MindBodyGreen, Bustle and more.
Lulu SoniLulu Soni is a New York City based yoga, breathwork, meditation, and movement teacher with over 16 years of dedicated yoga practice and a decade of teaching experience. A dancer at heart, she is known for her poetic cueing, rhythmic sequencing, and ability to balance structural clarity with expressive freedom. She holds a B.F.A. in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College and has completed more than 900 hours of training across Vinyasa, Traditional Hot Yoga, and Katonah Yoga, with advanced studies under Jared McCann, Nikki Vilella, and Josie Schweitzer. Her teaching draws from pranayama, Ashtanga, Hatha, and intuitive movement practices to build integrity in the body while creating space for exploration and expansion. Lulu’s classes weave together breath, strength, mobility, and creative expression to help students move energy, deepen body awareness, and reconnect to their inner rhythm. Expect thoughtful sequencing, playful prop work, and moments of stillness alongside opportunities for somatic release through dance and expressive movement. She has led retreats and workshops around the world and has taught for brands including Louis Vuitton, Mastercard, Shopify, Athleta, and Yoga in Bryant Park. Her breathwork and meditation classes have also been featured globally on American Airlines in partnership with Obé Fitness. Lulu currently teaches in New York City at studios including Good Move, Sky Ting, New Love City, Alo, and Sarai, and online via Zoom.
