Join us under the Tuscan sun August 20th-25th, 2026 for a grounding and joyous immersion into athletic contemporary pilates, Katonah yoga, magic square meditation, and somatic movement.

Meet Your Instructors

Helen Phelan

Helen has been teaching movement in NYC for 12 years and is the founder of Women's Health Magazine FitTech Award winning online pilates platform, Helen Phelan Studio. She is a dancer turned Kane School certified pilates instructor and Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. In addition to her BFA in dance performance and choreography and BA in psychology from Elon University, Helen holds additional certifications in movement injuries, prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise, fascia flossing, Intuitive Eating™, reiki, and TRX suspension training. Helen Phelan Studio classes are a blend of contemporary pilates, functional fitness, breathwork, and fascial and somatic release to help you shift your state, drop into your body, and feel more like yourself—just way stronger and bolder.
