CANCELLATION POLICY:
The total price includes a non-refundable $500 deposit.
Deposits secure your spot and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing.
Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, should any unexpected event occur, we can provide 100% of the booking less the deposit before May 23rd.
For cancellation requests made on or after May 23rd there will be no refunds given. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, arriving late, or leaving early. We appreciate your understanding of this policy and the time, effort, and energy that goes into the logistics of curating this experience!
