Join me for a weekend of mindful movement, meditation, nourishing locally sourced foods, candle making, leaf print making and tuning into nature at the Succurro farm.

Throughout the retreat enjoy daily yoga, pilates, mindfulness practices, and excursions to excite your sense of wanderlust.
